For the first two-weeks of our stay-at-home mandate, my husband and I worked as a team to keep the kids busy, educated, and entertained. Now, entering week three, reality of needing to get our other work done and keep the kids active and learning—is settling in.
I normally limit screen time extensively in our home for all the right reasons (brain development being one of them), right now in this crisis season, we have decided to curate some quality screen time so us adults can still reach work deadlines.
So, I offer you this list as a place to start (it is not exhaustive). My family will start this week in making screen time still valuable time.
By downloading this list, you will also receive weekly (or semi-weekly) encouragement to: 1) Know God’s Word, 2) Experience God, and 3) Live with Purpose. I think you will be encouraged in your faith, but you are welcome to unsubscribe at any time.
Much love to you and your family as we navigate this unprecedented season of faith, work, and family.
And if you know of another family with pre-k and elementary kids, please feel free to share.
